PHC is a competent organisation that provides person-centred care and community-based support to you or your loved one. We have qualified, experienced, and fully-trained staff with specialised care and support knowledge.
We provide a variety of domestic and personal services to meet your needs. This is accomplished by promoting a standard of excellence that incorporates the fundamental principles of Good Care practise and is evaluated through the practise, administration, and supervision of quality care in the domestic environment.
Our services range from brief visits to comprehensive packages of individualised and personalised care. While a comprehensive service is provided, we will strive to specialise in the rehabilitation of those with greater care and support requirements, such as those with special needs.
Our Aims
We provide personal care, as defined in Schedule 1 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010, to Service Users over the age of 18 of both genders.
We ensure that the services we provide at all times conform to the requirements and standards of our registration and the Health and Social Care Act of 2014.
We create an environment of care and support for Service Users that enables and encourages them to live as full, fascinating, and independent a life as possible.
